Carlos is a true hacker, his passion for software development would seem to be endless. He arrived to INSIGNIA in 2007 as a freelancer for the development of a project, but their capacity and affinity with the aims and philosophy of the firm enabled him to occupy a place as executive partner. Since then the organization is at the forefront, has taken place with great responsibility and excellence
With a career dating back to 2000, Carlos is an expert on professional software development, with solid knowledge such as Ruby, Rails, Java, AS/400 RPG, PHP, among others.
He discovered Ruby and Rails in 2006 and since then he has used professionally in numerous projects for local and international clients. Also, because of their strong participation within the community, is a reference of this technology nationwide.
