El Siglo it’s the second newspaper on Tucumán, Argentina, they had a website to publish their needs whicih was implemented using Joomla (a generic CMS developed in PHP). this website used to get around 1.000 visits a day on average.
They wanted a new website, with a modern design that would add features to attract visitors partipation getting in that way a greater number of daily visits.
